This application permits the analysis of enzyme affinity and activity using data that describes the
activity of the enzyme across a range of substrate concentrations. Analysis options include
Lineweaver-Burk, Hanes-Woolf and non-linear regression techniques. Details of the
calculations used are provided within the program.
